PRESENTATION & PUBLIC SPEAKING which kind of speaks for itself, we hope, but is an introduction to and a refresher for people who do both, focussing on their performance and how to improve it.
WRITING FOR BUSINESS examines the importance of grammar, avoiding the pitfalls of poor writing, how to write with clarity and how to know your writing is being effective. This can be tailored to report writing, PR writing and any other business writing. (We also do a creative writing add-on, if you need this!)
